Shipping Policy

After your order has been confirmed, we will ship your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

For deliveries within Europe, the usual delivery time is 2-5 business days after dispatch.

For deliveries outside Europe, delivery may take an additional up to 10 business days due to longer transit times and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the applicable customs area, additional charges may apply, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Costs

Europe: Free shipping.

Outside Europe: A flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 30 applies.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed despite repeated delivery attempts, or if the package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or failed to accept the delivery, Zaffiro reserves the right to withdraw from the contract where legally permitted. Any applicable refund or deduction of shipping or return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
